September 2020 - Spanish Fork Happenings

Del Taco has submitted a site plan for 804 S Spanish Fork Parkway (next to the neighborhood Walmart).

A traffic light is being installed on 600 E and Canyon Road and should be completed by the end of September.

Beans and Brews is opening in the Super Walmart shopping center.

Construction is beginning on the land located at 1400 E and Canyon Road (across from the new All Abilities Park). There will be 36 homes in the Gage Canyon subdivision and 53 homes in the Heritage Farms subdivision.

Riverbridge Event’s Center just broke ground at 1225 S Main Street and will be a venue for weddings, receptions, and other life events. The owner is Ashley Shepherd of Shep’s Culinary Creations.

The new parking lot and bathrooms are almost complete at the river trail on Poplar Lane. It will also have access directly into the river for kayaking and tubes.

The roundabout at 4th North and Hwy 51 should be completed by mid-September.

The All-Abilities Park on 1321 E Canyon Road is having their grand opening on Saturday, September 12th from 10am-12pm. You need tickets to attend the opening and they can be found on Spanish Fork City’s FB page. The park is designed to have something for everyone, regardless of physical ability or disability.
