Festival of Light will open on Thanksgiving and run until New Years Day every night from 6-10pm. This light show set to music has become wildly popular in the past few years. The Winter Lights Parade is hosted by the Spanish Fork Salem Chamber of Commerce. It will take place on Saturday (typically on Friday), November 27th at 7pm on Main Street. Come see the floats, decorated cars, and Santa arrive to light up Main Street. This is a great event for your business or family if you want to join. Contact the Chamber of Commerce if interested. I’ll be there so come say hello!
The real estate market has slowed down which is typical this time of year. There are less interested buyers and sellers during the holiday season. But I anticipate a full throttle attack on the market starting in January. I can not emphasize this enough….if you’re wanting a break from the crazy bidding wars, THIS is the time. Interest rates are still historically low and those are expected to rise in the first quarter of 2022. Let’s seize the opportunity and get you into a home before the New Year!
