Real estate in 2020 has been a wild ride.  We went from Utah’s housing being fairly expensive to really expensive in a few short months.  But why?  Well mainly due to COVID-19 and the Federal Reserve dropping interest rates.  Lower rates increase everyone’s purchasing power and homebuyers have been attacking the market.  Multiple offers, over asking price, you name it, it’s happening.  So how does a first-time home buyer get into the game?  Well there are many programs and grants available to first time home buyers but some of them are going away very soon.  Don’t disqualify yourself and assume you can’t buy a home.  Also, current home buyers might be shocked by how much equity is in their home.  Tap into that gold mine and move into your dream home with low interest rates helping your purchasing power!  I’d love to chat with you about your real estate needs.  Let’s make homeownership or moving into your dream home a reality!
