In the real estate world, the summer months are typically the busiest of the year.  With rates staying stable but stagnant, buyers are deciding if they want to purchase now or wait and see if rates come down (did someone say this is the “new normal”?)  Sellers need to entice buyers by pricing their home correctly the first time, having the home cleaned and decluttered and also considering helping buyers with some concessions. Experts are hoping the 2nd half of 2024 shows some improvement to mortgage rates but we might have to wait until 2025 to see movement.  It’s definitely a tricky market out there and I’m here to help you decide what’s next with your real estate goals. Give me a call today!
