Real Estate Market Insights: The real estate market is starting to pick up as mortgage rates have been declining recently, with Jerome Powell hinting at a possible federal fund rate cut. While the Federal Reserve is meeting this month, a big drop in rates might not happen right away, as they’ve already come down a bit. Any downward trend is good news! If rates continue to fall, more buyers will likely enter the market, which could lead to higher home prices depending on supply and demand. If you’re thinking of buying, make sure you’re pre-approved by a trusted lender and understand the current market. I’m ready to help you reach your real estate goals!
