As far as real estate goes, it’s been up and down.  The Feds raised the federal fund rate 75 basis points last time they met and mortgage rates have been bouncing around ever since.  One minute a buyer qualifies and the next minute they don’t.  Many buyers and sellers are so tight as to what they can afford and one small thing changes (like interest rates, even just a little) and the whole deal falls apart.  While the hope is that mortgage rates settle down, the reality is that they haven’t.  Buyers are still buying and sellers are still selling but agents, lenders and clients all have to be on top of every change that happens in order to make the transaction go through.  More than ever, you need agents and lenders that are communicating often and working together to make your real estate goals happen. I am here to help you navigate this market so give me a call!
