The real estate market has been interesting.  While we have a much larger inventory than we’ve had in years, buyers are still hesitant to move.  Either they’re having trouble qualifying for a mortgage with higher interest rates and home prices or they’re currently locked in at a 2-3% interest rate from the covid years.  Having said that, a lot of buyers may not be aware of how much equity they have in their home that could help them buy down the interest rate on their next home, making it more affordable.  I’m happy to help you understand how much your home is worth with a free market analysis.  Please reach out to me to get started!
