Support local farmers by shopping at the Spanish Fork Farmers Market, which began last weekend and continues through October 31st!

Visit the Salem Farmers Market every Monday from 5:00 PM until dusk at 173 E 750 N. The market runs weekly until October 12th.

A much needed improvement to the two left turn lanes east of Costco is underway.  Each lane will have more room to accommodate cars coming from the Costco parking lot.

Marking their recent grand opening, Tease Salon is located at 694 N 900 E, right above Crumbl Cookies.

Bring the family to Public Safety Night Out on Monday, August 10th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at North Park (located directly behind Costco). Enjoy a free hot dog while exploring police cruisers, fire engines, and ambulances!

Celebrate the arrival of Fall at the Harvest Moon Hurrah on September 11th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM in the City Park at 49 S Main. The evening features seasonal activities and crafts, and overlaps with Food Truck Fridays, so come hungry and ready to eat.

Stop by the City Park from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for the Children’s Market to check out unique goods and crafts created by talented local kids!

The Chamber of Commerce is having their Women in Business Summer Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, August 26 at 1:30pm at the North Park pavilion.

Celebrating their grand opening on August 25th, Meraki Head Spa is located at 622 N 900 E Ste 403. They focus on providing the ultimate relaxation experience, specializing in hair treatments, aromatherapy, scalp massage, and more.

In national real estate news, the mortgage market is experiencing a shift away from post-COVID trends, trading more like the 2015–2018 era and impacting less experienced lenders. Although the Feds chose to leave interest rates unchanged, mortgage rates worsened following comments from the new Fed Chair, Warsh, which the market interpreted as an expectation for the market to raise rates on its own.
