In real estate news, we continue to ride the interest rate rollercoaster. One day rates are up and the next day they’re down again. The Federal Reserve is still trying to curb inflation and until they feel like it is under control, they will continue to raise the federal fund rate. While the interest rates are not directly tied to the federal fund rate, they ebb and flow as the federal fund rate changes. How has this affected home sales?
